Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Customers are entitled for 100% refund provided that the cancellation is within 5 days of start of subscription and they have scanned less than 7 images.
2. Customers can cancel the subscription any time with a 7 days’ notice. Customers will get refund of the unused amount with deduction of 25% of balance amount for administrative charges. The balance amount would be lower of pro-rata unused balance based on no of days remaining or number of scans remaining,
