Shridhar Mehta
Shridhar Mehta is a visionary leader with over 3 decades of entrepreneurial experience. His strategic guidance and forward-thinking approach drive the company’s pursuit of continuous improvement and adaptability. His leadership style combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within our organisation.
Shreyas Mehta
Mr. Shreyas Mehta holds 30 years of experience in the hardware development and production. He is also Head of Manufacturing at Prompt group companies along with Upjao. He is an achiever of the Business Leadership Award for Industrial Development. His understanding of developing and scaling world class product is remarkable.
Pranav Asthana
A problem solver by nature, Pranav overlooks the technology development at Upjao. He has always been more inclined towards developing tech for the betterment of the society. He believes that reforms in the social sector have to become more impactful with mindful consumption and truly democratizing the tech which can uplift everyone financially. An avid reader, Pranav has a keen interest in history and geo-politics. He has an association with multiple NGOs in the sectors of Healthcare and Education.
Nirja Mehta
Nirja holds her masters in Public health from New York University. With her expertise in Public health she wants to empower farmers to get the right price for their produce through digital quality assessment technology of UPJAO. She strongly believes if there is a traceability in Agri-supply chains, a lot of issues of food security and sustainability can be addressed. Her motive is to provide accessibility to such cutting edge technology for the farming communities.
Ritu Mishra
Ritu believes that despite an information deluge, extracting knowledge remains a challenge. Committed to solving problems with cluttered inputs, she conducted cutting-edge research on Organic Light Emitting Diodes at IIT Kanpur. An avid reader, extrovert, dancer, and debater, she co-founded Upjao to drive grain quality assessment via AI and ML hence creating a strong foundation for the agricultural value chain of India.
Smit Mehta
After graduating as a Data Analyst from the USA, Smit believes that data plays a pivotal role in modern agriculture. With the quality assessment, a lot can be changed in the existing agricultural value chain. He intends to making a meaningful difference in the lives of farmers by collaborating with different stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into data analysis processes.
Mohini Mohan Behera
A Computer Vision leader at Upjao, renowned for leading the technological initiatives, has an impressive history of developing industry-standard AI models. He has created multiple benchmark AI models, and is one of the few talents capable of building models from scratch, maintaining high accuracy and performance while minimizing resource consumption.
